Yoga Nidra is also known as yogic sleep. It is not sleep but rather a guided meditation where you are taken to a state between sleep and awake

You will be asked to lay down in a comfortable position - you may use pillows, blankets and bolsters for added comfort. You will be asked to call to mind your sankalpa (intention) for your practice. You will be guided to bring awareness to individual parts of your body followed by a visualization exercise.
Sessions can last from 30-60 minutes
Sessions can be held in groups or individually. If you have a goal or intention a private session can be created for you.
