I would like to thank you for visiting my website. I would like to also show my gratitude to those who have attended my classes and sound baths. I hope you learned something valuable from me, I know I have learned a lot from all of you. My growth as a yoga teacher wouldn't have occurred if you didn't give me a chance. I have loved yoga for years and it has been a joy getting to share that love with all of you!
You may have noticed that I'm not currently offering weekly classes. Keep checking because I plan to offer some outdoor classes once the weather is better.
At the end of this month, I will be offering a sound bath for employees at a local organization. I am really excited for the opportunity and I hope more employers will offer the same.

One more thing, you may have seen that I have made a few blog posts. I have some great ideas for future posts and plan on writing more consistently. I hope you'll check them out!

All levels are welcome. No yoga experience required. Props are provided but feel free to bring your own.
