Join Us for a Restorative Sound & Movement Experience
Allow Mindful Motivation to gently guide you through calming yoga poses designed to soothe and restore your nervous system. As your body finds ease, Peace Flow Yoga will lead you on a meditative sound journey featuring the healing vibrations of a gong, chimes, singing bowls, and more.
All props are provided—just come in comfortable clothing and an open heart.
