My mission is to help people understand the importance of relaxation, self-care and balance. I want to change the impression that yoga is all about twisting yourself into shapes that can seem impossible. Yoga is about finding your true self through breath, movement and stillness. 

Hi, I’m Kristin—a certified yoga teacher passionate about helping beginners feel confident, grounded, and at ease on the mat. I offer gentle, supportive classes in Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal, and Restorative yoga, with a focus on creating a space where everyone feels welcome—no matter your experience, age, or flexibility.

My teaching style is calm, compassionate, and tailored to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re brand new to yoga, easing back into movement, or navigating the journey of pregnancy, my goal is to guide you in building strength, releasing tension, and tuning into your breath and body—one step at a time.

Each class is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and move mindfully. From the flowing sequences of Vinyasa to the deep stillness of Yin and Restorative practices, I aim to support your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.
